Surface Mineral Mapping

Spectropy’s surface mineral mapping services provide centimeter-scale compositional maps of exposed rock and soil surfaces. Using drone-mounted or field-portable hyperspectral sensors, we generate high-resolution mineralogical datasets that reveal subtle variations across mining leases and pits.


Mineral Exploration
Spectropy uses hyperspectral imaging across the visible to short-wave infrared range (400–2500 nm) to detect and classify minerals based on their unique spectral signatures. This technology enables exploration teams to visualize subsurface alteration zones, identify lithological boundaries, and prioritize target areas with higher mineralization potential — before any costly drilling.


Precision Agriculture Analytics
Spectropy applies the same hyperspectral intelligence used in mining to agriculture, helping farmers and agronomists monitor crop health, soil composition, and nutrient dynamics at an unprecedented scale. By capturing reflectance data across hundreds of narrow bands, we detect crop stress long before it’s visible to the naked eye.


Grade Optimisation
Maximize value from every tonne mined.
By correlating hyperspectral data with grade control samples and geochemical assays, Spectropy provides predictive models for ore–waste differentiation and grade estimation. This enables mine planners to optimize extraction zones, reduce dilution, and improve mill feed quality — in real time.
